Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using damangameapp.com.co (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Indian law, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Permitted use
You may access the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any content without prior written authorisation from Daman Game; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server or connected system; upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent; or engage in conduct that disrupts the proper functioning of the Site.
Account responsibility
If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use. Daman Game reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice.
Intellectual property

Daman Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on any Site content; sublicence or commercially exploit any materials; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices displayed on the Site.
User-submitted content
If you submit or transmit any content to the Site, you grant Daman Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You warrant that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content, materials, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daman Game expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation on damages
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Daman Game, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, or data; damages arising from unauthorised access to your account; or damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the Site, even if Daman Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 500 or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Governing law
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. By using the Site, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India for the resolution of any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms.
Dispute resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Daman Game in good faith and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may pursue remedies available under Indian law, including proceedings before the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where applicable.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daman Game regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior communications or agreements on the same subject matter.
